LET'S MAKE A PUZZLE!

This year we have remembered the colors and we have learned that we can organise them into two groups: warm and cool colors. You can practise with your family singing and watching these videos: 

We made this puzzle in groups. It was a nice activity because everybody and worked and the result was very beautiful. See you in december!!

MIDDLE AGES

Every friday we travel to the past: to the Middle Ages and we become knights and princesses. 

We have learnt some things about the painting of the Middle Ages. 

Fra Angelico painted a beautiful painting: The Announciation.

This painting remember the moment when angel Gabriel announced Maria to become the mother of Jesus. 

We are imitating this famous artwork in every level and this will be a huge painting.

Cada viernes viajamos al pasado: a la Edad Media, y nos convertimos en caballeros y princesas. Hemos aprendido algunas cosas sobre la pintura de la Edad Media. 

Fra Angelico pinto un precioso cuadro: La Anunciación. 

Este cuadro reuerda el momento en el que el ángel Gabriel anunció a María que iba a ser la madre de Jesús. 

Estamos imitando este cuadro en todos los niveles y será una pintura gigante.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Merry Christmas to everybody! At classroom we made one funny and artistic christmas craft: a glass for a candle. 

Firstly, we pasted small pieces of silk paper with glue. 

Secondly, we decore the glass with markers, making stars and hearts.

Thridly, we used glitter and glue for the top of the glass.

Finally, we put a candle inside and we packaged. 

It was a hard work and the results were awesome. Congratulations for your effort!

The students of second grade wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year.

¡Feliz Navidad para todos! En clase hicimos una manualidad navideña artística y divertida: un vaso para velas. 

Primero, pegamos pequeños trocitos de papel de seda con cola. Después, decoramos el vaso con permanentes haciendo corazones y estrellas. Además, decoramos el borde del vaso con purpurina; y por último, pusimos una vela dentro y lo envolvimos. 

Fue una tarea dura y los resultados fueron fantásticos. ¡Enhorabuena por vuestro esfuerzo!
